Film Camp
An international creative exchange exploring film as a tool for community building, resilience and democratic expression.
Back to programFilm as a space for dialogue.
On October 11 in Vilnius, the international film camp within CCAP came to a close with a public screening of the six short films created during the week. More than 80 people came to Pasaka cinema to see the results. The camp began in Vilnius and then moved to Visaginas, where participants spent several days at the Taškas art residency working as one production team, from first ideas and scripts to shooting, editing and colour. The final works dealt with freedom of expression, democracy and the choices we make, while some took a more experimental path and tested the limits of form and visual language. The films will now be submitted to film festivals.
